Why are you donating 10% of the profits to help protect the oceans?

We want to give back to our planet and believe this is the right thing to do, as we grow we want to become even more active and committed, increasing our donations and impact.

How should I wash my printed garments?

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Are your products eco-friendly?

We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, biodegradable, 100% virgin polyethylene film, FDA, and USDA compliant.


What type of ink do you use?

We use water-based pigment inks. They are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. 


How are the canvases made?

They are printed on a satin finish canvas and hand stretched.


Disclaimer about Direct to Garment printing

You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water-based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable!

Are the packaging materials recyclable?

The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, biodegradable, 100% virgin polyethylene film, FDA, and USDA compliant.

How can I cancel or change my order?

When will my order be shipped?

All our products are made to order specially for you, please take into consideration a 3 - 5 day production time before the products are shipped.

How do I know what size to choose?

All items have a size-guide. Choose the size you normally use. If there is a product that we think is best to order a size bigger we’ll make sure to include it in the description.

How do I return an item?

Returns are at your own expenses.

When will I get my refund?

Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.

It may take up to 10 business days before the amount will be back on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased.

Defect item?

In case you have received a defective item, contact us right away by email or phone, before you return it to us.

It’s always good to e-mail us pictures, but it’s also important that you send the item to our office, so that we can study the defect.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, for tracking please select the Overnight, express, and standard options  

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What if I am receiving a wrong item?

Please let us know right away and we’ll make sure to send you the right item.

What if my product arrived damaged?

Let us know, we’ll take care of it.

What if I never get my order?

You will get a full refund if your order never arrived.

How can I return an item?

Please contact us through our contact page or by emailing for instructions on how to return your product. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the first 30 days! If you are not happy let us know and we’ll make sure you get the perfect replacement!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal express, and Bitcoin through Bitpay. These are free for you to use and are the most secure ways possible.

Is it safe to order online?
