SHIPPING All orders are packaged in and shipped from Los Angeles, California. All in stock ceramics and products are generally dispatched within 2 days. For made-to-order ceramics and artifacts please allow 3 weeks. Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground requiring a signature on delivery and are fully insured and traceable. Once dispatched, I will send you an email with your tracking number, confirming your item has been sent. This will allow you to track your parcel. Please ensure the address and phone number are correct as I cannot be responsible if the wrong address has been advised. I am not responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. |

ORDER TRACKING
All orders are shipped with either tracking or registration. If a tracking number is provided in the shipping notification, it is your responsibility as the buyer to monitor the status of the parcel in transit using the tracking information provided. This information will allow you to estimate when your order will be delivered as well as alert you to missed delivery attempts, delays or other delivery complications that may require further action. Should the addressee fail to collect or arrange redelivery of the parcel resulting in it being “returned to sender”, the buyer will be responsible for any subsequent redelivery charges incurred.

SHIPPING DELAYS, DAMAGE & LOSS
I endeavour to pack your orders securely before shipping them out. Unfortunately, delays, damage and loss of parcels are a possibility during transit. In these events, I cannot be held responsible* once orders are handed over to the respective shipping service but I will do my best to assist you in liaising with them to resolve the issue.
* I do not provide refunds, replacements or credit for parcels that are lost/damaged in transit.
